Elly Gudo, his wife Caroline and their children, Lydia and Jack-Samuel are Kenyan citizens living in Nairobi. He holds a B. Education degree, majoring in Literature and Linguistics from Moi University (1994) and MA in Translation Studies at NEGST/AIU (Nairobi) in 2007. Elly and Caroline are missionaries of Wycliffe Bible Translators-Africa and members of SIL International. Currently he is a Translation Consultant in Training seconded to Bible Translation and Literacy and working with a number of projects in Kenya, and also with Uganda Luke Partnership Programme. He has great interest in translation, linguistics and Greek exegesis.
