Lori Peterson Gardner is an American who with has worked with SIL in Congo-Brazzaville and Mozambique, and since 2001 in Nairobi, Kenya. She received an MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Azusa Pacific University in 2007 and an MA in Global Civilizations (Missiology) from William Carey International University in 2001. She has taught in the Translation Degree Program at Pan Africa Christian University. Her interests are culture and language learning.
