Lukas Neukom
Lukas Neukom did his studies in General and African Linguistics at the University of Zurich and received his PhD as a result of his studies in the grammar of the Indian language, Santali. Since then, he has returned to Africa and worked mainly on two languages (Kenga, Nilo-Saharan in Chad, and Mbelime, Gur, in Benin). He is currently Linguistic Coordinator for ANTBA;and SIL in Burkina Faso. His special interests lie in Descriptive Linguistics, Grammar Writing, Typology; and languages of Burkina Faso. He is married to Dorothea and has two children, Rahel and Rafael.
