Martin Schroeder
Martin Schroeder, born 1955, married to Helga, three adult children.
I grew up in Bremen, northern Germany, studied linguistics at the
universities Marburg and Cologne, theology and missiology at Moorlands Bible
College in the UK. More recently graduated with an M.A. in biblical
interpretation from London Bible College in 1994.
I have 31 years of experience in linguistic research and helping Bible
translation Projects in East Africa and beyond (with focus on Sudan from
1981 until 2006).
Based in Nairobi, I am currently course developer and lecturer on i-Delta's
translation track, as well as doing doctoral research in translation studies
at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
